I'm a regular guy at Ho Lee fook, I was on the opening and then I see the really improvement of that restaurant,they are not change so much the menu but the are doing almost perfect all the "classics". I m a real fan of the wings, shim aji, short ribs, and breakfast 2.0. Of course I'm trying the new items on the menu, usually I order around 6-7 plates, 3 classic+3-4 new (always with my wife) .now a days is a restaurant to be a good idea to show our new friend in HK!
