The sushi here is American style meaning big portions and fun combinations - and a lot of deep fried things. Despite the heaviness, the freshness of the seafood and veg ingredients compensate and create a hearty yet high quality dish. I think the midnight cowboy sushi roll and fireworks sushi rolls are the best. The oysters served with soy sauce and crab roe was an interesting tale too - which I love.
