I had a set lunch at Francis. The ingredients were really fresh and cook well. I really enjoyed my spicy fish main. It wasn't spicy but flavorful. The labneh avocado salad was also balanced, labneh was quite tart which paired well with the avocado. It's also great to find labneh in more places in hk finally! Francis is especially good for people who enjoy their veggies and don't like overly greasy food. The panna cotta as well was very refreshing, light and herby. The service was attentive. I ca
