A new seafood small bistro in Soho brings surprisingly high quality delicious seafood dishes with classic french style cooking. Shrimp Croquette is a pleasant surprise, cooked in creamy shrimp based sauce with so much crustacean richness. Freshly fried crunchy crumb on the outside is to die for and a dot of spicy avocado sauce lifts everything. Indulgent delicious bite!

Snowy crab soufflé omelette is a MUST ORDER! The soufflé omelette is light, fluffy and airy like a cloud, filled with super generous crab meat, poured over a deluxe caviar beurre blanc sauce to balance it out with a winey zingy note. I would come back just for this!

XL Carabinero risotto is another signature, it’s very creamy and rich in a much reduced carabinero sauce. The huge prawn head releases juice and prawn oil fused with the risotto added extra oomph to the flavor. It’s indeed very rich, recommend to share.

Finishes with freshly baked lemon madeleine. Having recently tasted Louise and Batard’s, I can say this is officially the best madeleine I’ve had in HK, perfectly crispy edges with soft pillowy sponge, buttery and just the right sweetness infused with fragrant refreshing lemon aroma. Absolutely amazing! 😍
I would highly recommend for weekend brunch (where crab omelette is on the menu 😏), it’s a good value deal given the food quality, although the additional $128 and $208 for their signature mains are a bit of a stretch.
