Food’s prepared way before est pickup time

Ordered at about ten past six, and chose 7:45 pm as the estimated pickup time. However, I received a notification saying the food was ready around 6:40 pm, which is way before my pickup time. Lucky the burgers were still warm, but the fries were saggy.
