We went to one of our favourite restaurant which operated their dinner rounds early enough to allow us to catch a movie at 7pm. The stir fry asparagus lettuce remained our star dish - it was crisp, snappy and fresh. The scrambled egg white ("rivaling crabmeat") whetted our appetites with the vinegar seasoning which did not spoil the taste of the egg white and milk. The Siu lung bao (soup dumplings) were so-so only. To conclude, this was a fair dinner and nothing more; and I have seen better cuisine from Peking Garden before.
