To settle my after-lunch sushi cravings I went to Genki Sushi in hope for a couple of good quality sushi. Ofcourse, it was mission accomplished! The sushi store was packed at 5pm (the former sushi store Itacho was completely empty during this time before)This tablet menu was fixed onto the table which made it extremely convenient to order! What took me by surprise was the food being served by this fascinating high speed rail train! You simply take your dishes and press this yellow

 You simply take your dishes and press this yellow button to send the train back to the kitchen! Don't forget to take your sushi before sending it back though because that's what I did by accident whilst taking these pics! *oopsyy*

 Everything was fascinating: from ordering to receiving and eating the food. Although there is less choice of fish in this Genki Sushi, I don't know if it was because it is newly opened and they did not expect business to be this great as the Itacho beforehand was out of customers for a few years.

We love the Kousoku Genki Sushi stores!!
