Sometimes a once great restaurant comes undone by its average service and lacklustre food.Senryo Kowloon Tong serves good, fresh seafood as you would expect if you have been to any other one of these restaurants in the chain. The food was mixed. We enjoyed the sashimi platter and the softshell crab/avocado rolls and the miso eggplant. The mixed mushrooms in butter were underwhelming - it was mostly enoki mushrooms. The fried chicken bento was okay, nothing special.
The menus are a mess. You get presented 3-4 different menus - a seasonal menu, a regular menu , one for handrolls, a lunch set menu. And there are two different order forms.
In summary, I wouldn’t be rushing back here any time soon.
