The first time I tried Greyhound and will definitely be the last. In general food are OK with reasonable price. Client experience however was horrible, unless you are a very patient person, and with tons of time to take a lunch.Once sat down, we asked for some water. It didn't come. Asked again, and it didn't come. Asked the third time, they came and were thrown to the table.I finished my main course, but the one for my wife still didn't come. Once sat down, we asked for some water. It didn't come. Asked again, and it didn't come. Asked the third time, they came and were thrown to the table.
I finished my main course, but the one for my wife still didn't come. So again need the help of the waitress. The same situation happened the table next to us. And of course, the lady there was so unhappy. Next time if there is only one main course is coming, better give it to the ladies and not the men.
The last struggle was tea. This round we asked 3 times and finally one tea came, and because it was tea, I gave it to my wife first. Then I had to chase my own.
Before we left, I gave my honest feedback to the restaurant manager.
This was one of the very rare experiences of dining in HK, so I cannot help writing my first review.
