I had bookmarked this place for years, and their chouxs were always sold out during my previous visits. This time, I arrived there early at 15:15 on Sunday. And I saw a long line already even the store officially opened at 15:30. I waited for an hour to place my order and I estimated that another half an hour was needed to get my order, so I just told the staff that I would return after an hour to get it and then I could sneak out to have my Mexican Food(will be introduced in my next review, spoiler: it's good!!!). When I returned to the store at 17:30, the choux were already sold out and still plenty of ppl waiting for their orders. I would recommend you guys to buy it during weekdays cause I personally don't think the chouxs worth such long wait.

Both are in quite a small size concerning the high price. But the interior of the choux was fully stuffed with cream and mousse. The cream bruless one is as good as people said. Rich in vanilla aroma and the top was torched to the right crispness. The hojicha one is also super condensed flavor but a bit too strong to my taste and it suits people who are really into hojicha flavor more.
