The pho is terrible at this place, comprised of what tastes like sachet soup flavour powder and lacking the crucial fresh ingredients and is not the perpetual slow cooked broth reminiscent of REAL Vietnamese pho. Noodles used are not freshly made Vietnamese banh pho rice noodle. Unfortunately this is exactly the same as all the Vietnamese restaurants in Hong Kong that concoct some pseudo-cuisine which they call Vietnamese, but is not even close to being authentic. Save your money and buy some supermarket instant noodles, this is no different.
if Vietnamese cuisine is what you desire, bypass all the Vietnamese restaurants in HK, save your money and book a weekend trip from Hong Kong to either Hanoi, Danang or HCMC and enjoy real, fresh, authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
