Once again my order was late and they didn’t start preparing until i arrived physically at the restaurant to collect my food. Not only additional waiting time, the order that i placed was actually out but the system still accepted my order and charged. This is unacceptable! I saw that the staff were busy and been working very hard; however, if they were not able to handle the volume of order, they should reconsider a better management on the online manpower and online orders. Can’t have the food
Can’t have the food ordered as ordered. Can’t prepare the food in time. Not proactively notifying your customer regarding unable to meet expectations. What else?!
