I placed an order in online delivery platform. .After confirmed the order, I went to the shop within 10 minutes and asked a staff whether my drink was ready. The male staff said not yet so I waited further 15 minutes..After that, the order was cancelled by them for no reason. The shop manager told me to replace the order and wait again. I said it was intolerable and asked whether they could make my order first. It was because I confirmed the order with them beforehand and it was not my false. Th

After confirmed the order, I went to the shop within 10 minutes and asked a staff whether my drink was ready. The male staff said not yet so I waited further 15 minutes.

After that, the order was cancelled by them for no reason. The shop manager told me to replace the order and wait again. I said it was intolerable and asked whether they could make my order first. It was because I confirmed the order with them beforehand and it was not my false. They claimed that it was internet issue but I still needed to wait another 25minutes.

The most furious part was that, the shop manager said:
等25分鐘係好基本,你再落過就再排,我唔會做左你果杯先,你想快咪排隊walk-in 落單,我大把單,前面排緊2x 杯,你再落過就重新再排,無人叫你係網上外賣平台落,你可以唔落嫁、你可以唔飲嫁,我有2x杯快唔到嫁,你等唔到唔好飲啦

If that’s the case, what was my purpose of confirming my order with the male staff before? The attitude was totally unacceptable. Does it mean I need at least 50 minutes for this drink? I know it takes 25 minutes, so I ordered in online delivery platform in advance and walked to the shop. However, was it fair to me to wait further 25 minutes and got blamed by your shop manager?

If any management see my comment here, you may check the CCTV in your shop at around 5:20~5:40pm, 6 Feb 2022 (Sunday). You can see the sophisticated response from your shop manager.
