The restaurant is actually inside Sheraton hotel but the quality is extremely bad for both services and food quality.(1) Mussels are not fresh and smelly(2) kept serving the wrong orders (3) they changed our order of oysters from a dozen to half by saying that they are out of stocks. The waiter confirmed the order and then one hour later, another waiter came back and said that all are sold out(4) they claimed that their tablet was out of order, so they can’t see the booking and remark from OpenR

The most frequently heard phase for my whole dinner was “sorry” from various waiters.
The owner said he would compensate us with half dozen of oysters, however, “Thanks but No thanks!”
