On the invitation of my friend, we had dinner at NINETYs Roastery tonight.This cafe is not only famous for its coffee, it provides good and decent food. The environment is cozy. On the invitation of my friend, we had dinner at NINETYs Roastery tonight.

This cafe is not only famous for its coffee, it provides good and decent food. The environment is cozy. Service is very good.

The dinner menu provides both casual and fine dining of various choices including meat, beef, salmon, seafood, veggie, salad, etc.

We chose roasted French yellow corn chicken from the casual dining list and stone grilled 56°c sous vide bison from the fine dining menu.

The roasted French yellow corn chicken was cooked sous vide. The gourmet quality free range chicken was succulent and juicy. With the use of blueberry cupcake tea, fresh vanilla and lavender in seasoning, the chicken was yummy and flavourful.

The Australian beef cooked sous vide with cinnamon and Spanish salt as seasoning was very nice and tasty, too. The colour, flavour and texture of the steak prepared in this way was much better and healthier than normal grilled method. The grilled US asparagus was fresh and tender.

I enjoyed my Ninety Plus Selection coffee very much. It was from one of the greatest coffee brand plantation in the world. The filter coffee was served with almonds to help enhance your appreciation of the taste. You were also offered some ground coffee to smell. It was a good experience learning to better appreciate my cup of coffee.

My friend liked her cocktail, Pinky Pinky. It was a blend of Moscatel, grapefruit, lemongrass and ginger, refreshing and cool.

It was perfect to finish our dinner with a red velvet cookie. The cookie with raspberry juice was sour and sweet with cheese filling.

Overall, we were happy with our new dining experience. The sous vide cusine and coffee tasting experience did offer some excitement aside from good taste.

We were impressed with the very good service. The waiters were customer-friendly. They were keen to explain the dishes to customers and help them better appreciate the food and drinks.
