I never really use Openrice app except for searching restaurants, but tonight I had an awesome night thanks to a staff named Wallace at this restaurant/ bar and I would like to write a review to show my appreciation and gratitude to his excellent service! Wallace was very friendly and attentive to our requests - we asked for recommendations for medium bodied red, he was very patient in explaining different kinds of wines and even let us tried a tiny bit before we decided which bottle to go for.
Wallace was very friendly and attentive to our requests - we asked for recommendations for medium bodied red, he was very patient in explaining different kinds of wines and even let us tried a tiny bit before we decided which bottle to go for. He was also quick to refill our nibbles and water when he saw we finished ours. He was also proactive in adding the cutleries and glasses when we had two more friends joining. We all had a wonderful time at Alibi and his service was definitely one of the reasons why we would visit again.
It’s rare to find such an enthusiastic and warm staff in FnB industry nowadays in HK. I think Cordis Alibi had found a gem!

Restaurant is comfy and perfect for drinks. Can’t comment on food as we didn’t have dinner there. Would recommend if you want a drink or two at a quiet and quality place after dinner in the heart of MongKok.
