Service was absolutely horrendous, Strawberry and cream croissants were good, ham and cheese croissant was quite oily and already soften and soaked in oil even straight out from the oven.One cashier staff was very rude, I asked if I could use one of the coupon for F&B, her tone of voice was very condescending saying it was for the restaurant. Not the bakery itself.The most terrible thing was that the tray was not big enough for carrying all the pastry so I took my pastry to the cashier and went

The most terrible thing was that the tray was not big enough for carrying all the pastry so I took my pastry to the cashier and went to get more, they didn't even ask if I wanted a box, and packed everything in paper bags, I asked for a box and they said $5 extra for a box, this is ridiculous, I spent over $300 bucks for bakery goods and I need to pay for a box? I asked if the crossaints would be squashed, they said it won't. So they just placed the croissant on top of other croissant, by the time I got home, my croissants were slightly squashed.
