This is actually a ramen shop that originates from Japan. During the afternoon, they sell tsukemen, and at night, they sell ramen. You can not order tsukemen at night and vice versa. We had ramen for dinner here, and the bonito based ramen broth was so flavourful. Though the flavour was substantial and very savory, it did not leave you feeling very thirsty from the saltiness. The noodles were thick and well cooked, and complimented well textually to the broth.  The pork slices were tender, and w
