It’s new place and I came in after rush hour. The server (I believe he’s the chef close relative/boss) is too hospitable but I appreciate his effort. The udon comes in about 5 mins and it’s very very al dente. The portion is reasonable with its price (HK$35, plus $8 for 7up). I chow it down in about 5 mins and since the side dish like Chicken wings & Tempura is quite costly so I passed. To its last bite, the udon on the bottom of bamboo mat was in fact chips and piecescovered by the long ones on

The portion is reasonable with its price (HK$35, plus $8 for 7up). I chow it down in about 5 mins and since the side dish like Chicken wings & Tempura is quite costly so I passed.

To its last bite, the udon on the bottom of bamboo mat was in fact chips and piecescovered by the long ones on top. I found it hard to eat as it sink into the bottom of my udon sauce bowl. I appreciate its authentcity of a nice cold udon. Fresh ginger and toasted sesame seed flavor.

Everything is fine except a little unexpected friend come visit me and kills my lunch. Well, it’s a new joint so what the hack. Hope they’ll follow the hygiene rules and get a bug zapper very soon!
