傳統長棍的迷你版本,用尖頂的法國石臼麵粉長時間發酵,極富麥香。
after baking, the bread crust was crispy and stony, it was slightly hard and it took me some effort to tear it apart. inside, i smelt the tradition bread savor. it was plain but simply delicious,, just that it was slightly hardened, which made me find it a lil bit dull and uninteresting.
