Tonight’s dinner reminded me why we don’t eat at Pizza Hut anymore. First we got ticket 101, that’s good cuz the current ticket is 99. Half an hour later we are still waiting around even though there wasn’t a lot of people... don’t know what’s going on. Finally my son and I got a table, we ordered a salmon pizza and with the app coupon (which is great, we like coupons), ordered roasted half chicken. The picture on the menu looks awesome but when the real thing arrived... let’s just say we don’t
Not to mention we sat down at our table the exact same time as our 4 seater neighbors and they got their food, ate, and left even before our pizza arrived. The first salmon pizza that finally arrived looked so completely different from the menu that I showed the menu to a waiter and they offered to change it. Ok that’s fine, except my son and I are starving by this point.
The second salmon pizza that arrived looked amazing but we were so tired by this time we couldn’t really enjoy it.
We also didn’t get any water until we asked for it.
I thought I could give Pizza Hut another try because of the app and the coupons but tonight just taught me otherwise. Also, what’s the point of the app if I can’t even order on it- it redirects you to either call or use the website...
