This new restaurant was managed by Japanese. but it definitely does not bring Japanese true attitude and style to HK.The only positive point is there food, which are fresh and up to standard.The service of the waiter was poor. we ordered tempura with cold udon, but it comes with hot, which resulted the tempura all got softened when they remade a cold udon for us. Next, we would like to order the wagyu beef set, but it turned out the waiter just said All sets are not available. but they didn't no

The service of the waiter was poor. we ordered tempura with cold udon, but it comes with hot, which resulted the tempura all got softened when they remade a cold udon for us.
Next, we would like to order the wagyu beef set, but it turned out the waiter just said All sets are not available. but they didn't notify customers in the first place or notify on the menu. They even didn't say sorry for it.
During our meal, the smoke alarm was activated and the red flash kept disturbing.
Last but not least, the waiter kept tidying our table half an hour since we start our meal!! and even took away our chopsticks while we are not fully finished.
