You MUST GET the patatas bravas: 西班牙千層薯角
They are deep fried crispy potato stacks, covered in a mix of mayo and spicy capsicum sauce. This is MUY MUY BIEN! Each potato cube is perfectly crispy on the outside, and the inside layers are so soft. Almost feels like a potato version of mille-feuille.

Pulpo a la gallega: 慢煮深海八爪魚
The slow-cooked octopus is unbelivably tender. With minimum seasoing, the taste of seafood is fabulous and these octopus slices lie on a bed of creamy mashed potato.
Grilled hanger steak: 西班牙封門柳
Definitely a showstopper. Served with a dual gravy, medium steak grilled at its best, juicy and nicely charred on the rims. Both thumbs up!

Fideuà de pescado: 精選魚塊西班牙短麵
Fideuà is the pasta alternative of the Spanish paella. Served hot on the skillet, with a lemon wedge and a few dollops of tomatoey cream sauce. The fish fillet is fresh and flaky, and the short tiny pasta has been cooked with parts of prawns and baked till the top becomes crunchy.
Adios! It's a great dinner!
