I have to dinner was a disaster in this restaurant. My wife and 2 friends of mine were shopping in Ocean Terminal and we came across this restaurant. The decor was nice, very warm however bit too dark.We were escort to our table without any delay, however it seem the restaurant were bit short of staff, it took awhile before a waiter came to our table and asked us regarding orders/drink. As we already chosen our choice of food while we were waiting at the reception area, so we order promptly with
I have to dinner was a disaster in this restaurant. My wife and 2 friends of mine were shopping in Ocean Terminal and we came across this restaurant. The decor was nice, very warm however bit too dark.
We were escort to our table without any delay, however it seem the restaurant were bit short of staff, it took awhile before a waiter came to our table and asked us regarding orders/drink. As we already chosen our choice of food while we were waiting at the reception area, so we order promptly without any delay at our part! After choice of food were ordered, we asked for some water only were told water will cost HKD$20 per head, which sound ridiculous to us, so instead we ordered a bottle of wine instead.
Around 30 minutes later, the waiter came back and inform us one of chosen main course were out of order, and asked us to choice another main course, while we were screening through the menu, our bottle of wine arrived however the bottle was open in the bar area I suppose, which something I do not enjoy! I prefer waiter or waitress open the bottle right in front of us to avoid any misunderstanding. The alternative main course ordered, and we started to enjoy our ordered appetiser as well as our wine.
I have to admit, the appetiser were good, however the portion is bit too small and salty. Another 30 minutes later, our main courses arrived except one, which at that time, it wasn't a concern to us since the alternative order only place roughly 30 minutes ago. However around 15 to 20 minutes later, while 3 of us have already gone through half of our main courses, the waiter came back and apologise that the second alternative chosen main course also out of order. This also sound bit ridiculous to us as well, we deicde not to order anymore food, at the same time bit piss off, as why it took them 45 to 50 minutes to come back to us that the second alternative chosen main course also out of order? Can't they inform us bit earlier so we can prepare???
The overall service was horrible in this restaurant, I would not recommend attending it...
