Red Sugar located in Kerry Hotel is divided into 2 area which are the chinese restaurant and bar.
3rd time to Red Sugar but 1st time for dim sum instead of the bar.

There's a thin layer of rice cracker beneath the wagyu buns and the roasted goose puffs were quite crunchy but the dessert trio was a bit disappointing which just looks cu
