呢間真係久聞大名😂因為望到海嘅Rooftop bar唔算好多間，呢間係其中一間bookmark咗好耐又未去！（話時話，對面海間sugar又係講咗起碼10年都未去😌）呢日約咗（one of)酒鬼朋友喺黃埔上堂，上完堂順理成章去試吓❤️Red Sugar係喺Kerry Hotel入面，酒吧室內環境其實都好靚，裝修都型，不過一場嚟到，緊係揀出面露天位置，個景又靚啲😍位置始終遠離返市中心少少，相對銅鑼灣/尖沙咀望出去嘅景無咁迫，有多少少「旺中帶靜」嘅感覺。叫咗呢幾樣～#Passionfruit $128Long Pepper Akvavit, Citrus, Passionfruit,Chili, Cream, Soda, Egg WhiteTasting notes: Creamy, Tropical, Spicy#Rhubarb $128Rhubaro Sorbet, Vanilla, Rum, Prosecco Tasting notes: Fresh, Bubbly, Decadent#Nachos $118呢個幾好食，有肉醬同牛油果醬，不過牛油果醬份量多啲開心啲😂#ArtisanCheeseBoard $220芝士都唔錯～其實仲有叫咗第二round紅酒，不過掛住傾計無影相🤣總括嚟講，個景係幾靚，始終沿海前面無遮擋，幾Chill幾Relax嘅地方，值得去試吓～

酒店bar嚟講比想像中少人，可能因為唔係喺旺區。不過地方好大，有分室內同埋室外位置☺️ 室內多數坐梳化，室外就高凳同埋挨pan座位~ 如果影相嚟講當然就係室外比較適合啦，不過秋冬時間就比較大風🌬️ 如果凍嘅話可以問店員借毛氈———————————————————————-Welcome snack 係花生🥜幾好食好香口飲品方面有唔同嘅紅、白酒🍷、Cocktail、Mocktail、茶同埋果汁都有🍹 好多選擇💯食物方面就以輕食為主Mocktail: Beetroot Seedlip Grove, Beetroot, Lemon, Egg White呢杯好啱我口味，口感係rich同earthy Seared chicken & bacon quesadillas 雞絲及煙肉墨西哥餡餅🥙有得揀有雞肉同埋無雞肉既，我揀左有雞肉一份有4舊，正常味道不過略嫌餡料唔係好夠😟三個醬分別係香辣番茄莎莎、酸忌廉同香蔥牛油果🥑醬，試完之後覺得酸忌廉最好食，香蔥牛油果醬如果變牛油果蓉會更好🤣總結：覺得成個酒吧空間都比較大，闊落又坐得舒服，三五知己坐低傾偈同埋約會都好適合🫶🏻
