After hiding in Yuen Long, I was eager to get something to eat quickly. I saw lots of people lining up so I went to have a look. They were all lining up to buy this Hong Kong street style noodles. So I followed them and buy a bowl as well. I also bought some toast with butter and condensed milk.My Street noodles had chicken wings and pig's large intestine as topping. I asked for little chilli but their chilli sauce was sososososo spicy. I had to have one bite of noodles and have a sip of cold dr

My Street noodles had chicken wings and pig's large intestine as topping. I asked for little chilli but their chilli sauce was sososososo spicy. I had to have one bite of noodles and have a sip of cold drink. I think what makes this restaurant popular is the soup and chilli sauce they use. The ingredient tasted the same to me but the chilli sauce was very yummy, I couldn't stop eating.

The toast was very yummy as well, they put lots of milk inside which makes it very sweet.
