Today I have ordered a large salad ($60) with a maximum of 4 kinds. The salads offered here are not so common, like Caesar, bacon & potato, Greek salad which offered in other restaurants. Amongst the 7 kinds available today, I chose the following which are all vegetarian:1. Tomato, Mozzarella and basil2. Apple & Celery 3. Beetroot with orange segment4. I liked to beetroot the most. Its level of sweetness was moderate. The second most appreciated was Moroccan Couscous as it carried a herb kind of taste and was special. It was not spicy. Tomato, and the apple ones were of expectation. Overall speaking, the salads are delicious!
