Chicken with rice is the standout... soft meat with an oily glaze, although it is “white chicken” it can be eaten without sauce as it is already flavorful enough on its own... chicken rice also with heaps of chicken flavour, not too oily as some shops will make it, you can tell it was cooked with the chicken essence as it should be Bak kut teh is in herbal style (rather than peppery)... a little bitter with a sweet after taste... can also eat the ribs in the soup with fall off the bone meat... l

Laksa was a tad sweet and in a heavy thick soup... which is not my fave from this place
Many of the drinks here are also crazy sweet, recommend the home made barley which is not sweet at all and a great cleanser to the oiliness of the chicken
