This is one of my favorite Ramen restaurants in Hong Kong. I've ordered the Red King off their menu quite a few times - their spicy choice, with a thick and delicate broth, healthy serving of pork and nice tender noodles. What i like about this restaurant is the ability to customize your ramen. You are able to choose what meats, veggies, level of spicy amount many other thing, and customize the ramen to your own preference.
