One of my new favourite Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong, I can just feel like I'm turning into more and more of a St Regis fan lmaoI love unhealthy things, like deep fried anything, so I hope it doesn't come as a shocker that almost all of the dimsum we ordered were deep fried 😂 Love the pear shaped glutinous dumpling ($88?), the wagyu beef puffs ($128) very peppery, and the deep fried spring roll with lobster ($168) was phenomenal. Everything was delicately fried to perfection, super crunchy a

I adoredddddddd the marinated smoked foie gras ($228) OMG it was so SMOOOOTH and creamyyyy and the smokiness was such a good touch. Omg and the steamed eel with glass noodles ($98?) was another highlight. It was a massive portion of fatty eel that had a super springy texture as well. Not sure about the price but if it's actually $98 (saw on openrice since I forgot to take a pic of the menu) then MY God it's a bargain.
If I had to pick some faults it would be the deep fried quail, kinda felt like nice KFC. The steamed rice roll with barbecue pork ($168) was average, the rice paste(?) was too thick and gooey. BUT STILL, NO REGRETS.
