Went there for a small birthday gathering. Food tasted above average (can be better) mostly due to the food temperature. Most food served slightly warm only even the soupy bak kut teh, black pepper crab & laksa. It is a pity because the taste was actually pretty good for all the above and the crab was definitely fresh. Not sure why but they should pay more attention to food temperature. We also tried their hainanese chicken rice, Nasi lemak, carrot cake (all 3 pretty authentic) & fried fish skin with duck egg yolk (crispy & aromatic). Service was ok but not outstanding. Staff made a mistake with our cakes ordered from their cake shop. Maybe they are still new (soft opening still) so hopefully they can improve and do better next visit. Lastly, the view was magnificent but unfortunately, we were not allow to go outdoor (not ready maybe?) & the one at TST surely doing a good job serving authentic Singaporean food.
