Chung Kee Roast Goose Chinese Restaurant--a down to earth good restaurant,real food ,reasonable priced,balanced seasonning comparing in YL,some good recommendation:
Roast Goose--crispy skin with smoky grilled flavour,fantastic! the meat is in pink-brown color,really tender and juicy with fresher meaty taste,not the overnighted meat like from other restaurant,the cavity of goose is seasoned with many chinese spices,real kick on finish!
Soy sauce chicken-this is a suculent meat dish,the chicken skin is bouncy and flavoursome,meat is very tender and sweet in meat juicy-must try!
Shrimp paste fried chicken pieces--chicken parts deep fried with marinated sheimp paste and wine,very good for beer although a little salty,long taste!
