Eaton Hotel’s food court honestly has quite a few hidden gems! This vendor is located right next to the door so I decided to try it given its convenience. We went for two different flavours - one which was a beef brisket, tendon and tripe trio, and the other being its crab roe mixed noodles. The beef noodles were basically LOADED with meats, which made it such a satisfying meal and rare to find in HK restaurants. Normally, restaurants would be extremely stingy with the amount of beef pieces they actually serve. I’m also not normally a fan of “knife noodles”, but this bowl changed my mind!
The crab roe noodle was also good, yet I love how it was also served with a plate of cucumbers, tomatoes and black fungus as it helped add a refreshing note to the noodles.
As we were feeling a bit greedy 🤤🤤🤤we also ordered fried pigs intestines!!! It did not stink, though some had significant portions of fat still in them.
I definitely think you must order an iced tea - iced roselle tea was a game changer to this meal, helping to balance the heaviness from the noodles 😎
Overall good and would come again.
