Orchard located in the Soho area, taking flight with its slew of cocktails inspired by fruit spirits from around the world. It established itself as a new era in Hong Kong’s lively bar scene. ORCHARD SOUR (HKD125) was my favorite and also its signature cocktail, mixed with Pear Schnapps, Plum Wine, and Spiced Pear. Showcasing Ginger Honey, Lemon, and Cheese flavours.
