老公鍾意鋸扒，趁假期我哋就去咗一間有靚海景兼睇到飛機降落嘅扒房食靚扒🥩喺東涌Sheraton酒店隔離嘅The Upper Deck有靚景之餘，環境都好chill，仲有桌球枱🎱比客人一邊玩一邊happy hour🥂We visited The Upper Deck which located next to the Sheraton Tung Chung last weekend. There is a very nice sea view and we can even see the aeroplane landing. The setting of the restaurant is very chill that there is a live band and snooker area.去得呢度食扒就梗係特別原因啦～除咗我哋平時較容易食到嘅「濕式熟成牛扒」，仲有少見啲嘅「 乾式熟成牛扒 」。我哋當然係試特別啲嘅dry-aged美國Prime肉眼啦😚由於熟成過程係放喺有抽乾同冷凍嘅雪櫃入邊，牛扒嘅肉質更軟嫩更juicy，而肉味更濃郁，就算我叫5⃣️成熟都唔會血淋淋‼️We ordere

We ordered the dry-aged US Prime Rib Eye. Due to the special ageing process with dehydration, it has stronger flavour and more tender than the fresh one. And it won’t be that bloody even I ordered the medium done.
