已經第二次來到餐廳，不過今次想試下午餐同晚餐既分別。作為東涌居民，行十幾分鐘路程當散步就到達，區外既朋友仔都係只需要東涌線搭到總站exit D再轉酒店穿梭巴士就來到，平日甚至周既東涌都冇市區甘迫人，當入來渡假都好，配套都好完善，最多我帶路。😉💖餐廳用上氣派深藍同埋金色，枱同枱之間有空間感，仲可以放置得落一張標準桌球枱🎱 Any snooker fans here? 👋講翻個set lunch，有包頭盤主菜飲品/甜品價錢由百五至三百蚊不等，豐儉由人啦，食物質素高我特別推介以下幾樣食物：1️⃣ Fresh Burrata cheese with cherry tomato🧀🍅Perfect combo, vibrant burst of flavors.The cheese blends harmoniously with the tangy taste of the cherry tomatoes and the sweet vinegar2️⃣ Pan Seared Seabass served vegetableMum's pick! 💖 The skin was so crispy and golden while it retained the moistness of the flesh. Another flavorful dish recomended and home cook approved.😆✅️3️⃣ Tiramisu 🍰Classic Italian dessert! Another mum's pick!🤩 She is a fan of Tiramisu indeed. Every spoonful offers a delightful contrast between the smooth creaminess and the slightly spongy texture of the biscuit. 🍽️ The American BLT Burger ($188)The burger is great! The beef patty is thick and juicy, topped with generous amounts of melted cheese. It's not too heavy, though. It also comes with bacon, tomato, fried onion rings, and lettuce, providing a rich and satisfying flavor. Yum! 😋🍀🍽️ Texas BBQ Baby Back Ribs ($298)The ribs are huge! The pork has a subtle smoky flavor and is coated with a rich BBQ sauce. There are plenty of fries 🍟, but they could be crispier for an even better texture. The side salad adds a refreshing touch to the meal.

餐廳要求喺訂枱時間15分鐘後未到達嘅話, 張枱就會自動被取消, 我哋今日準時到達, 但係我哋就喺餐廳門口出邊等咗超過15分鐘啦… 門口大概有12人左右排緊隊, 有8:00嘅訂位同埋8:30個訂位, 8:00嘅訂位已經等咗超過50分鐘啦

訂好台俾左訂金一千， 當日等了一小時仍未有台。 最後取消訂台， 但訂金遲遲未收到。I Have Make A Reservation On 24/12 And I Paid $1000 For A Deposit Of Two Person Testing Menu. However, We Wait For An Hour On That Day And The Table Is Still Not Ready, So I Request For A Deposit Refund And Cancel My Booking. I Suppose To Receive The Money on the next working day , But yet there is Not any Update.

我喜歡的地方：- 對住無敵大海景食嘢- 前菜幾好食。帶子、鮑魚、蟹肉沙律、紅菜頭沙律都好有水準- 意粉、意大利飯幾好食。我不喜歡的地方：- 有對隊band唱歌，但鼓聲及結他bass聲太重，搞到離隊band一米之遙嘅我，張檯震足兩個鐘。- 雖然main dish寫明係beef tenderloin，但估唔到真係得兩條，每條兩隻成年人食指咁闊。- 甜品係芝士蛋糕，但得一塊，size係自助餐任拎果款嘅一小塊正方形⋯⋯- 上main dish極慢。食完意粉等咗75分鐘後，先送上兩條beef tenderloin。
