I spotted this place last time and have a nice experience after, thus I gathered my friends at this cool place for dinner again~Since this is a bar and restaurant, how can you not order any alcohol? Therefore, we ordered some good looking cocktails and get the party started!!This Blue Crisp cocktail is in blue colour and the bottom have a yellow layer. The drink is made with blue curacao, dark rum, lemon juice and pineapple juice. The alcohol flavour is quite outstanding with a bit of pineapple
I spotted this place last time and have a nice experience after, thus I gathered my friends at this cool place for dinner again~Since this is a bar and restaurant, how can you not order any alcohol? Therefore, we ordered some good looking cocktails and get the party started!!
This Blue Crisp cocktail is in blue colour and the bottom have a yellow layer. The drink is made with blue curacao, dark rum, lemon juice and pineapple juice. The alcohol flavour is quite outstanding with a bit of pineapple taste which is refreshing for a hot summer.
Another one is an elegant champagne cocktail - Sunshine Sparkle, which contains peach schnapps, passionfruit pureé, orange juice and the unmissable champagne. The highlight is on the orange and champagne flavours, is hardly taste the passionfruit pureé though.
The food menu is basically listed on the table mat with both English and Chinese, so you don't need to ask for the menu.
Fontina Fonduta, Bacon, Crispy Bread is referring to a cheese fondue that topped with some fried bacon and served with a mini bucket of toasted bread. How can you resist the temptation of that cheesy dip? Dip the crispy bread into the melted cheese and eat some crunchy caramelised bacons, is SUPER cheesy and sweet.
Another bite that we ordered is LA Street Corn with Chili, Lime, Cotija, which is the sweet corn seasoning with lots of cheese, paprika and squeeze a niche of lime juice on top. I have tried this elsewhere and I have heard this dish was originated from Mexico(?). The cheese started to melt on the sweet corn, different sour and spicy spices are well cooperate with each other and create the delicious harmony.
I am not a big friend of fish, however I do enjoy this Atlanta Cod with Charred Sweet Corn & Chorizo. Few pieces of cod placed on top of the corn and chorizo mix, the cod is really tender and taste well with some herbs. I think the restaurant only seasoning the fish fillet with just merely salt, pepper and herbs, nonetheless it can bring out the natural yummy flavour of the cod. To eat the cod with the crunchy chewy corn and chorizo mix, which can add some spicy flavour and the corn can balance the heavy oily flavour.
I am a meat lover, just cod fish and chorizo cannot satisfied me, but we are also getting full. Hence, we ordered this Bacon-grind Sliders, Cheddar, Onions, Comeback Sauce to share. There are three mini burgers and fries as well, which didn't mentioned on the menu. I think the mini burger bun will be better to toast a bit, yet the beef patty is really juicy and rich beef taste, then it is able to taste the crunchy chopped bacons. If you think the burgers and fries are too heavy, you can eat some marinated sour onions to freshen up.

I feel really delighted and satisfied with this restaurants, hope they will have some more new dishes for my third visit. Look forward to that~
