Went here because of the boxing glove gimmick.As well as HK they also have branches in London.The UK Kanada-ya website has menu and prices but the HK one doesn't have prices but it seems a HK thing to not put prices.Basically it is a competition to finish your noodles in the fastest time and the one who does gets tickets to Japan and back.Other prizes include watches.I went for the Original ramen.The ramen was firm and the broth had a strong fish taste which was strange but it was thick and visc

I went for the Original ramen.
The ramen was firm and the broth had a strong fish taste which was strange but it was thick and viscous and not too oily.It was not too salty and didn't have MSG which was good.
