The lobby looks fancy with the purple night with golden background.
There are classic music performance for the whole night.
The bread was so fresh and spongy. It tastes good with the tomato sauce. But I prefect butter more so I apply the whole bread with butter.
Veal pate en croute with pickles and salad.The veal pate tastes like the Foie gras and the croute is crispy. I like the sour taste of the salad.
The food standout with a gorgeous background (Instagram-able).
Mushroom soup is creamy and delicious.
The tartar sauce taste rich and the fried fish is crispy outside and soft inside, which the green pea is a bit dry.
The grilled US prime striploin is medium cooked and it is quite OK.
The chocolate dessert is soft and delicious.
The mango dessert is rich in tastes. The sour taste of mango balance the sweet taste of the sorbet which I like most for the whole dinner.
There is a birthday cake and two drinks (either coffee or tea) for the final part of our dinner. It was a relaxing and luxurious dinner I ever had in Hong Kong and made me feel like I am celebrating Christmas in Europe. I highly recommend you to pay a visit for birthday celebration.
