Me and my boyfriend coming back to Hong Kong from Europe and found this restaurant by accident
We ordered:
1. Prawn avocado mango salad
2. Meat lover pizza
3. Sparkling water
1. Prawn avocado mango salad
The restaurant offered a really generous amount of salad and prawn. The avocado was really fresh and ripe (just ripe but not over ripe) and mango was sweet. The chef evenly mixed the salad dressing that every single pieces of veggies had a right amount of sauce
What surprise us the most was the prawns were sautéed by order! The prawns were still hot when served
2. Meat lover pizza
My bf grew up with pizza and western food since he’s an European. He said the pizza we had was just like the one we had in Italy. The pizza crust was crispy outside but soft and hot inside. The pizza itself was well baked but not soggy at all. With the spicy paste on top. It was a heaven to enjoy it. Sadly, I have a relatively small stomach to have the pizza all by myself
3. Sparkling water
Right brand of sparkling water. We normally drink this one no matter in hk or eu. Glass bottle is always the best one. It tasted even better the mint leaves served
