My wife suggested to eat cart noodles for dinner tonight as we never ate it for a long while. Porun Restaurant was located at Parkes Street, couple of minutes walk from Jordan MTR.Their menu was comprehensive, offering cart noodles with alot of ingredients served, as well as meat balls, side dishes and drinks etc. Iced coffee was smooth and milky, with coffee very fragrant. Fried chives dumplings were fried till the skin was crispy and the fillings inside was juicy and chewy.
I ordered cart noodles with 3 ingredients, consisted of chicken wings, white radish and hotdog. Flat noodles was chewy and the soup was clear and flavourful in taste. White radish was juicy and soft, chicken wings smooth and juicy and hotdog was chewy as well.
Mala dried noodles with sliced beef and shredded chicken - Noodles was chewy and flavourful, with strong mala taste. The chef was generous with the portion of beef and chicken, which were tender and juicy.
