🍝 Mentaiko Crab Meat Spaghetti 🍝
Look at the amount of mentaiko they added in the spaghetti! 👀 Every bite I took was filled with a mouthful of mentaiko, so satisfying! 🤤
🥩 Roasted New Zealand Ribeye with Gravy Sauce 🥩
The ribeye is well marinated and not chewy at all even though it is cooked to medium! 🥹 The gravy sauce is just so good and I love dipping it, even with the potatoes 🥔 and roasted zucchini! 🥒
🥞 Tiramisu & Brownie Souffle Pancake 🥞
This is the main star of the meal! ✨ It is a huge souffle pancake soaked with tiramisu sauce and surrounded by many pieces of brownies! 🍪 On the side, there are small coffee-flavoured ladyfingers🍰 that should be eaten together with the souffle for an even better experience! 😋 The bitter from the ladyfingers balance out the sweetness from the soufflé pancakes, creating the unique layers of flavourings in every bite!
As for the drinks, I tried the Mango Jasmine Tea 🥭 and Japanese Hojicha Latte. 🍵 The former is quite sweet and fresh while the latter is so heavy with the Hojicha flavour. I like both of them a lot! 😍
Their dessert is just on another level! I love it! 😍
