Chom Chom has an outdoor stoop that feels like you're in Vietnam. You sit on the same plastic stools found in Hanoi and drink beers on the street. The beer and food is a lot better than the bia hois, though. They have really good beer but also cocktails. You can also get snacks like calamari or spring rolls, then they have bigger dishes like lettuce wraps. It is always very busy, but that makes it feel fun and energetic.
