Have a wide selection of soup base to choose from.  I picked the chicken soup for our hotpot and I must say the soup was very flavorful and was legit a soup as opposed to those other hotpot soup base where they tasted like just some cheap flavored MSG liquid.  The wide selection of cooked all-you-can-eat-food was very delicious.  The sashimis that are ordered were also very fresh.  Was surprised they offered Toro.  Beef was good.  They also offer fresh seafood which complimented the chicken soup
