Tried their Matcha ice cream back a few years ago and it was one of the best around.Recently revisited Via Tokyo and had their matcha and hojicha ice cream, and also their matcha roll.The ice cream was still as good as I remember it to be. It was very creamy but not overly sweet, and both flavours were exceptional. The matcha roll was delightful as well. The cake was light and moist and the cream was very smooth with a lovely matcha flavour.Definitely going to come back next time I am back in Ho
