Famed for their beef and egg omelette sandwich, it is no wonder this Sham Shui Po establishment have clinched so many awards and operates on a 24/7 schedule. Their beef & egg sandwich is a hot favourite – made on the spot, wonderfully seasoned and satisfying, the beef itself is also chewy and flavorful. Get it toasted and you won't regret having this in the diner, and having another to go.
Their pig trotters with egg noodles is also a winner. The 猪手 or trotters are generous in both amount and sizes, and super soft and tender from all the braising. It has a very clean but savory taste. The egg noodles are springy and the soup is really good, just take it up a notch with chili and vinegar, and the bowl will be drained clean in minutes.
For dessert, try their sinful rendition of the classic French toast. It is huge, soaked in crispy egg batter, and drenched in butter and syrup (to your liking). Definitely one of the better ones I've had in Hong Kong personally.
