Took a day trip to Cheung Chau - my favourite outlying island in HK. Rather than do the usual (overpriced) seafood dinner, my wife and I decided to try one of the restaurants in the town square. We were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this authentic, Vietnamese restaurant! The menu had so many choices (even pizza!) but we decided on the steamed rice rolls, lemongrass pork chop & beef brisket Banh Mi (Viet submarine sandwiches) and curry beef brisket rice. They all tasted

They all tasted fantastic! Even the Nuoc Mam (fish sauce w/ chilli dipping sauce) was amazing!
The prices are super reasonable and there’s no 10% service charge. I can’t wait to come back here and try something new on the menu next time I’m in Cheung Chau.
