Overall, I found the place to be quite nice. The ambiance and atmosphere were pleasant, creating an enjoyable dining experience.However, I must admit that I was not entirely satisfied with the quality of the drinks served. What surprised me the most during my visit was the attitude of one particular male staff member, the waiter. I found his behavior towards customers to be rather rude and uncalled for. It's difficult to comprehend why he would treat customers in such a manner. On the other hand, I must commend the female staff members who provided excellent service throughout my visit. They were attentive, friendly, and contributed positively to my overall experience.
I truly believe that the male staff member in question is not a reflection of the standards upheld by your establishment.
He did bring negative impact on my dining experience.
