為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施，與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘，環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃，參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼，以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳，供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請，申請費用全免。

I went with my friends, ordering a set for six. I knew that we had to take away some food as we had only four people. The food was far beyond our expectation though the set cost more than $1000. But the worst was the service given. By the time we finished dining, we asked them to pack some of food in a plastic box. We understood that there was a charge. We waited for a long time until the food was packed in a box. Then we asked if we could have a plastic bag to hold the food. The waiter said, 'Y

Then after another 15 minutes, they said that we need to pay for the bag. It seemed that we were causing them a lot of troubles. I wonder such a restaurant under Maxim, how can they treat their customer like that? After leaving the restaurant, we would never go again.
